Looking to buy a pole for at home?
Here are the number one brand of pole dancing poles that we recommend
If you have any questions, please message us or ask after class at the studio. We have a studio discount that you can use!
Buy your own Lupit Pole
This is the brand of poles we use at The Pole Temple. Lupit Poles are made with love and care in Slovenia, they are endorsed by many pole studios and athletes.
They make removable poles that don’t require drilling in the ceiling. I recommend Stainless Steel as finish and 45mm as diameter.
If you want a cheaper option, choose Chrome as finish, and select a pole without the Quick Lock system. Without the Quick Lock system, you will have to use an Allen key (provided when you buy a pole) to switch your pole from static mode to spinning mode.
In the studio, we have Stainless Steel (the silver poles) or Brass (the golden poles) and we have the Quick Lock system (allows you to go from static to spinning mode in just a second).

When you buy a pole for at home, please make sure to:
Check your ceiling: pressure poles like Lupit Pole home poles require a sturdy (concrete) ceiling or a metal or wooden beam to be placed under safely
Measure the height of your ceiling: you’ll need to know the exact height under your ceiling at the exact spot where you want your pole, so you can order an extension if needed
Think about safety: check that your pole hasn’t moved before a pole session at home and use a crash mat once you practice inverted moves
Don’t skip ahead: stick to what you know for your training at home, and don’t try to figure out more demanding advanced moves (like the Ayesha) by yourself if you haven’t properly built up your loading resistance
